چکیده
Background: Spinal anesthesia is the recommended technique in elective cesarean sections. Usage of vasopressors more widely accepted as an effective method for decreasing postspinal hypotension than fluid loading. However, ideal vasopressor to prevent spinal during section has been a subject much debate. It should maintain maternal blood pressure and placental perfusion, with minimal adverse effect on fetus mother.Aim: The primary aim was compare prophylactic infusion phenylephrine versus norepinephrine ephedrine prevention section. secondary assess their effects neonate. Methods: Seventy-five patients were enrolled this study randomly divided into three groups. Group P received group N infusion, while E infusion. changes mean arterial heart rate recorded throughout surgery. Maternal neonatal perioperative complications controlled recorded. Results: MAP higher tachycardia significantly common ephedrine, bradycardia without significant difference. Nausea vomiting group. Neonatal acidosis lesser groups group. Conclusion: Prophylactic can be successfully used parturient undergoing less drawbacks fetal well-being ephedrine.

Comparison of Intravenous bolus Phenylephrine and Ephedrine in the Prevention of Post- spinal Hypotension during Cesarean Section
Abstract Introduction: Spinal anesthesia is a commonly used anesthetic technique for cesarean section. The hypotension is the serious and common complication for it. Prevention of this complication is an important challenge for anesthesiologists. Objective: The aim of this study is to compare the effect of prophylactic bolus injection of Phenylephrine and Ephedrine in the prevention of hypote...

Background and objective: Phenylephrine is the first-line choice for prevention and treatment of hypotension during spinal anesthesia for cesarean section. However, the serious bradycardia caused by phenylephrine is a concern. This study compared the effects of prophylactic bolus norepinephrine and phenylephrine on hypotension during spinal anesthesia for cesarean section. Methods: A total of 1...

متن کاملComparison of Prophylactic Infusion of Phenylephrine with Ephedrine for Prevention of Hypotension in Elective Cesarean Section under Spinal Anesthesi: A Randomized Clinical Trial
Background: Spinal anesthesia is an accepted technique in elective cesarean sections. However, hypotension, resulted from sympathectomy is a common problem, especially in pregnant women. Prevention of this complication by sympathomimetic agents is of potential clinical significance. The aim of this study is to compare the effect of prophylactic infusion of Phenylephrine versus Ephedrine in the ...
متن کاملThe Effect of Prophylactic Infusion of Combined Ephedrin and Phenylephrine on Maternal Hemodynamic after Spinal Anesthesia for Cesarean Section: A Randomized Clinical Trial
Several techniques have been proposed to prevent hypotension in obstetric patients. Ephedrine and phenylephrine are individually used to prevent maternal hypotension; however, each has its own drawbacks. Some researchers have reported that the infusion of combined ephedrine and phenylephrine immediately after spinal anesthesia for cesarean delivery reduces the incidence of maternal hypotension....
